These terms apply to yooo.digital and the websites we build and host for you (the “Service”). The Service is provided by International Software Solutions LLC, 1910 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001-3527, USA (“we”, “us”). By ordering a plan you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

We create a website for your business from the details you give us and host it on a yooo.digital address, or on your own domain where your plan includes it. The free preview on this page is a demonstration only; nothing is published until you order a plan and confirm the content.

2. Your information

You confirm that the business name, contact details, licences and claims you give us are true and that you may use any text, photos and logos you send. You are responsible for the accuracy of what your website says about your business. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else’s rights, and we may decline businesses in regulated or restricted categories.

3. Plans and payment

Prices are shown on this page in US dollars or, on our other language versions, in euros. Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. One-time plans include hosting for the period stated in the plan; we will tell you the renewal price before that period ends. Taxes may apply depending on where you are.

4. Reviews

Renomex review collection may only be used to ask your real customers for honest reviews. Buying, writing or filtering reviews is not allowed and ends the Service.

5. Availability

We aim to keep every site online at all times, but the Service is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your site will reach any particular position in search results.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Ending the Service

You may cancel at any time by email. We may suspend or end the Service if these terms are broken or a payment fails and is not resolved after notice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects an active plan, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

The short version

We collect as little as possible. No cookies, no tracking, no advertising, no selling of data.

Using this page

The website preview is built inside your own browser. What you type into the three fields is not sent to us or stored. Our fonts and images are served from our own server, so no outside service learns that you visited.

Server logs

Like every web server, ours briefly records technical data such as IP address, time and the page requested, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted automatically after a short period and are never shared or used to identify you.

When you contact us or order

If you email us, we use your message and email address to reply. If you order a plan, we use your business details to build and run your website, and your billing details to invoice you. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How long we keep it

Customer and billing records are kept for as long as your plan runs and afterwards only as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Write to support@yooo.digital. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
